No refunds are available once a subscription has started. By subscribing, you gain immediate access to premium content and features, which constitutes delivery of digital services. Due to the immediate access nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds after your subscription begins.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

AI News Impact Analysis content is exclusively for individual subscriber use. Sharing, redistributing, or publishing any part of the analysis is strictly prohibited. Each user must purchase their own subscription to access this content. ChartSnipe (admin/owner) reserves the right to publish analysis content on official social media channels for promotional purposes.
ChartSnipe.com reserves the right to share any content generated on the platform (including AI News Impact Analysis, ChartSnipe Tool outputs, and user-generated content where permitted) on its official social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content at any time, for any purpose, including full excerpts for demonstration and marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms or any harmful activities. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be finally resolved by the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
