Interactive trading quiz for pattern learning and education
Trading journal for tracking and analyzing your trades
Market session timers and trading tools

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our service operates on a subscription model with the following tiers:

Free Plan: 2 chart analyses to try the service
Pro Plan ($20/month): 100 chart analyses per month + Daily AI News Impact Analysis
Premium Plan ($50/month): 500 chart analyses per month + Daily AI News Impact Analysis

All paid plans include access to our trading quiz, trading journal, and all educational features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Refund Policy: Once you begin using your subscription, refunds are not available. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period. For cancellation assistance, please refer to our Contact page.

6. Email Communications and Compliance

We process email addresses in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 8. Data Usage and Chart Images

Chart images you upload are processed by our AI for pattern analysis and then immediately deleted from our servers. We do not retain, store, or use your chart images for any purpose beyond providing the analysis you requested. Your trading data remains private and is never shared with third parties or used to train our models on your specific trading strategies.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ChartSnipe.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of our service or reliance on our analysis, regardless of the theory of liability.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, and materials on our platform are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission, except as specifically permitted in Section 12 below.

12. Content Sharing and User Rights

A. ChartSnipe Tool Analysis

Users may share screenshots, outputs, and analysis results generated from the ChartSnipe Tool (all modes including Quick Snipe, Full Snipe, and other analysis modes) on any platform without restriction. No attribution is required, though it is appreciated. This includes sharing for educational, commercial, or personal purposes.

B. AI News Impact Analysis - Restricted Sharing

Pro and Premium subscribers are permitted to share partial excerpts of the daily AI News Impact Analysis on social media platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) under the following conditions:

Timing: Content may only be shared after the New York trading session has closed for the day (typically after 16:00 ET / 21:00 UTC) and new analysis for the next trading day has been published
Partial Content Only: Individual currency pair analyses, specific market insights, or excerpts from the Professional Analysis section may be shared. Complete, full analysis in its entirety may NOT be shared publicly
Attribution Required: All shared content must include clear attribution to ChartSnipe.com with a link back to the platform (e.g., "Analysis via @ChartSnipe" or "Source: ChartSnipe.com")
Educational Purpose: Shared content must maintain the educational context and include appropriate trading risk disclaimers
No Modification: Content may not be altered, edited, or misrepresented when sharing. Direct quotes and screenshots are permitted
No Commercial Use: Subscriber sharing is permitted for personal educational reference only. Subscribers may not use the analysis for commercial purposes, paid groups, or competing services

Prohibited Actions: Subscribers may NOT: (1) Share complete daily analysis in full, (2) Share content before NY market close, (3) Remove attribution or claim content as their own, (4) Use content for paid subscription services or competing platforms, (5) Aggregate multiple days of analysis into compiled reports for distribution.

C. ChartSnipe Platform Rights

ChartSnipe.com reserves the right to share any content generated on the platform (including AI News Impact Analysis, ChartSnipe Tool outputs, and user-generated content where permitted) on its official social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content at any time, for any purpose, including full excerpts for demonstration and marketing purposes.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms or any harmful activities. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be finally resolved by the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
