2. Service Description
ChartSnipe.com provides AI-powered trading analysis and educational tools including:
- ChartSnipe Tool (all modes including Quick Snipe, Full Snipe, and other analysis modes): AI-powered chart pattern recognition, technical analysis, support and resistance level identification, and pattern-based trading recommendations
- AI News Impact Analyzer: Daily AI-powered news analysis covering 15 markets (Forex, Crypto, Stocks, Gold) with directional bias predictions (Bullish/Bearish)
- Interactive trading quiz for pattern learning and education
- Trading journal for tracking and analyzing your trades
- Market session timers and trading tools
All tools and features are provided for educational purposes only. The ChartSnipe Tool (all analysis modes) and AI News Impact Analyzer provide educational analysis and should not be considered as financial advice or guaranteed predictions of market movements.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Our service operates on a subscription model with the following tiers:
- Free Plan: 2 chart analyses to try the service
- Pro Plan ($20/month): 100 chart analyses per month + Daily AI News Impact Analysis
- Premium Plan ($50/month): 500 chart analyses per month + Daily AI News Impact Analysis
All paid plans include access to our trading quiz, trading journal, and all educational features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available once a subscription has started. By subscribing, you gain immediate access to premium content and features, which constitutes delivery of digital services. Due to the immediate access nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds after your subscription begins.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all subscription benefits through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We encourage all users to try our free tier before subscribing to ensure our service meets your needs.
6. Email Communications and Compliance
We process email addresses in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting support@chartsnipe.com.
7. User Responsibilities and Conduct
By using our service, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate and complete account information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not share your account access with others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
- Not use automated tools to access our service excessively
- Accept full responsibility for all trading decisions based on our analysis
8. Data Usage and Chart Images
Chart images you upload are processed by our AI for pattern analysis and then immediately deleted from our servers. We do not retain, store, or use your chart images for any purpose beyond providing the analysis you requested. Your trading data remains private and is never shared with third parties or used to train our models on your specific trading strategies.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ChartSnipe.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of our service or reliance on our analysis, regardless of the theory of liability.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, software, and materials on our platform are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission, except as specifically permitted in Section 12 below.
12. Content Sharing and User Rights
A. ChartSnipe Tool Analysis
Users may share screenshots, outputs, and analysis results generated from the ChartSnipe Tool (all modes including Quick Snipe, Full Snipe, and other analysis modes) on any platform without restriction. No attribution is required, though it is appreciated. This includes sharing for educational, commercial, or personal purposes.
B. AI News Impact Analysis - No Sharing
AI News Impact Analysis content is exclusively for individual subscriber use. Sharing, redistributing, or publishing any part of the analysis is strictly prohibited. Each user must purchase their own subscription to access this content. ChartSnipe (admin/owner) reserves the right to publish analysis content on official social media channels for promotional purposes.
C. ChartSnipe Platform Rights
ChartSnipe.com reserves the right to share any content generated on the platform (including AI News Impact Analysis, ChartSnipe Tool outputs, and user-generated content where permitted) on its official social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content at any time, for any purpose, including full excerpts for demonstration and marketing purposes.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms or any harmful activities. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be finally resolved by the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
