🔄 How to Cancel Your Plan
You can cancel your subscription anytime through our self-service billing portal. Here's how:
- Log in to your ChartSnipe account
 - Go to Account Settings
 - Click on "Manage Billing" or "Manage Subscription"
 - You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure billing portal
 - Click "Cancel Plan" and follow the prompts
 
📌 Important: After cancellation, you'll retain access to your Pro/Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

How to get receipt: Access the billing portal through Account Settings → Manage Billing to view and download all your payment receipts.
